Answer on question 1: it is! So the dutchies show they can make some decent `trance` if they want to.
Useful spam in this regard: everything you wanted to know about neotrance you can read here: http://www.kindamuzik.net/artikel/11938. Unfortunately it`s in dutch and i`m too lazy to translate it.
It certainly is, at least until Border Community bring out their next big thing (those mixes of the new Nathan Fake were OK, but not on a par with the Extrawelt/Fairmont/Sky Was Pink high standard...)
unfortunately I'm too lazy to learn dutch, but cheers anyway for the kindamuzik tip...
